Wright by Nature is a container garden design and horticultural services business based in MetroWest Boston, Massachusetts. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or engage our services.
When you contact us: Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. This information is collected when you email us or request a site visit.
When you visit our website: Our website is a static site hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics tools on our public website.
When you receive a proposal: Proposals and project documents may include tracking to let us know when they've been opened and which sections have been viewed. This helps us follow up at the right time and understand which parts of a proposal matter most to you. If you'd prefer an untracked version of any document, just ask.
When you become a client: Property address, project details, design preferences, and payment information necessary to provide our services. Payment processing is handled through industry-standard secure methods.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide the services you've requested, schedule site visits and installations, communicate about your project, and send seasonal program updates if you're enrolled in one. That's it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.
We use AI tools in our business operations, including horticultural planning, growing optimization, and administrative workflows. These systems act on plant and environmental data — not on your personal information. We do not use AI to profile clients or make automated decisions about you as an individual.
We may photograph completed installations for our portfolio and website. Photos show the plantings and property exterior only. If you prefer your property not be photographed or your images not be used publicly, let us know in writing and we will honor that request.
Email for wrightbynature.com is handled through Google Workspace, which provides enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest. We do not subscribe you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
We retain client project records for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for reference and warranty purposes. Contact inquiries that don't result in a project are deleted within 12 months. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
Our website is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption provided by Vercel. Client communications are handled through encrypted email. We do not store sensitive financial information on our systems — payment processing is handled through secure third-party services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Contact us at admin@wrightbynature.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
