Terms of Service

Effective April 15, 2026

1. Services

Wright by Nature ("we," "us," "our") provides container garden design, landscape consultation, seasonal maintenance programs, and related horticultural services for commercial and residential properties in the MetroWest Boston area.

2. Service Agreements

All design, installation, and maintenance work is performed under individual service agreements between Wright by Nature and the client. Specific terms including scope of work, pricing, timeline, and payment schedule are established in writing before work begins. No work proceeds without a signed agreement.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided after an on-site consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Plant material costs are subject to seasonal availability and market pricing. We will communicate any material cost changes before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. A deposit may be required before plant material is sourced. Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Plant Material

Plants are living organisms. While we select healthy, high-quality plant material and design for the specific conditions of each site, we cannot guarantee the long-term survival of individual plants. Seasonal containers are designed for the duration of the season specified. Clients enrolled in seasonal maintenance programs receive ongoing care and replacement of underperforming plants as part of the program.

6. Site Access and Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation site. For any work requiring irrigation installation or subsurface disturbance, Wright by Nature will contact Dig Safe (811) prior to excavation, as required by Massachusetts law, to identify and mark underground utility locations. Wright by Nature is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other infrastructure not disclosed prior to installation and not identified through the Dig Safe process. We will discuss site conditions during the initial consultation.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations made before plant material is ordered receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made after plant material has been sourced are subject to a restocking fee equal to the cost of materials. Seasonal program cancellations require 30 days written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Design concepts, plant palettes, and planting plans created by Wright by Nature remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement the agreed-upon design at the specified property. Photography of completed installations may be used by Wright by Nature for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for plant loss due to client neglect, extreme weather events, pest damage, or other conditions beyond our control.

10. Communication

By engaging our services, you agree to receive communications related to your project via email and phone. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. The current version is always available at wrightbynature.com/tos.
